Over the last few weeks we have spent a lot of time at the WVC DMV office attempting to get Parker's Learners Permit! Waiting in along lines is not a virture that Parker has - but he learned to deal with it. Things we have learned.....
1. You pay $15.00 for the opportunity to take the test 3 times.
2. You can only take the test two times per day.
3. If after 3 times and you haven't passed it - you get to pay another $15.00.
4. Some of the questions they ask you scratch your head asking "WHAT?????"
5. One of the Kardashian's/Jenner's didn't pass it on her first time either.
So after paying $30.00 and taking the test six times - Parker's score finally rose to the magic number - in fact he got one more correct than he needed!
Yippee! Yeah!

Way to go, Parker! So, why do we have driver ed in our schools if you can get a learner's permit without taking any class?
